with Starbucks set to open next year (if everything goes smoothly), we might just get a chance to extra stuff like matcha pudding too. haha, we shall see....I'm sure the mafia is gonna want some of the action.

I read somewhere about this match pudding - it sounds really good. I wish Starbucks here in Canada had them ! I hope they still have them in January when I visit Japan next ...
The Missus had one of those Sakura drinks at Starbucks Kat. She ended up buying one of the those "signature coffee" thingies from Tokyo and is now wondering if Kyoto has one as well.

not sure what kind of signature thingy she bought Kirk, though each area does have each own mugs/tumblers :)
