Reconnected with honey toast...

I made this for our snack on Tuesday...toasted the bread and caramelized some apples then topped it with vanilla ice cream.

It was the first time Satoshi had this and he enjoyed it.

Yesterday we had sleet, rain and some snow.

We prepared so we didn’t need to go out.

I think Mother Nature was telling everyone to “stay at home”

This week, Tokyo’s daily case numbers ranged from 12,211 and 21,122.

Today is a national holiday, but we plan to stay in, we’ll need to stock up on food tomorrow because there is snow forecast for Monday.
