re-connect

le goûter : coffee azuki gelatin❤︎mix coffee, gelatin, milk, a little condensed milk & chunky sweet bean paste together. put into your favorite container. when the gelatin sets, different shades of brown should appear and the sweet beans sink to the I made a small batch of coffee adzuki gelatin yesterday, it's been a couple of years since the last time I made this.

I had a small amount of anko (sweet bean paste) that needed using up.

Some cherry trees have started blooming.

We've been having nice temps but are heading for a cold snap tomorrow.

the wild cherry trees at lower elevation are already in full bloom (a few degrees warmer this spring!) but so far so good on the weather front.

Yum! Love coffee gelatin.

We have almost full bloom on the cherry blossoms here in Vancouver already and yesterday was G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. But today it's raining hard again. Sigh. The rainy season just goes on and on here.
