negiyaki

We've tried negiyaki before, but I actually made some the other night for dinner.

Instead of using green onion, I used white scallions and chives.

I used this recipe.

Before eating I topped it with some okonomiyaki sauce and aonori.

NOTES: This was good but a bit too soft. I would cook the scallions and chives then take them out of the pan.

Then pour the batter and top with the scallions, chives and pork....then flip to cook the other side.

I would definitely make this again.
