Sorry the video is kinda shaky and really short.
...an oil screen, oil guard, oshizushi (pressed sushi) mold, long oshizushi mold, grater and tofu drainer.
Can't wait to make ninjin shirishiri with the grater and trying to think of a tofu recipe to use the drainer for...

My grandma used to have those sushi molds. I think they work better than the plastic/acrylic ones today because you can soak the wooden ones in water and the rice doesn't stick. We also have the screen and guard. sure helps to keep stove area from oil splatters. I chuckle when you have to figure out what to make with the tofu so you can use the drainer. That's because you're so refined and serve all your courses in their individual dishes. I'm more savage and just cut the tofu and place the whole block on the drainer and just use the little dish for shoyu and condiments. I remember my grandma used to have that shredder too.

Kat, I never saw those wooden sushi makers! They are in such good condition! The oil splash thingy brings back memories! Those are definitely keepers! Take care! Mich
