tofu noodles soy milk tan tan men...noodles not the best texture but taste was delicious
yesterday, the weather dude saw 5 plus blooms on the designated tree in Tokyo..let the pretty season begin
they forecast full bloom to be on April 5 (give or take)

Was the tofu noodles a package set? I kind of like the konyaku noodles better. They sell in Marukai, etc. and Nijiya At least they "feel" healthier than regular ramen noodles.

no V, it was already in the bowl, the soup was that gelatin type when you heat it, it gets liquidy.
