croongji

Croissant + nurungji (o-koge (crispy)) = croongji

A popular Korean sweet.

Croissants are flattened then caramelized

Similar to palmiers but better.

I'm glad I tried this and would get it again.

ahhhh, now I want to make some again! At least if you buy the croissants from Costco, they're reasonable!
