Apparently with global warming and being a concrete jungle Tokyo is 10 days earlier than last year and even beat out Fukuoka’s start date!
In about a week, everything in Tokyo should be in full bloom (well, depending on the weather, could be later or sooner)
It’s the first time since the pandemic that hanami (flower viewing) picnics will be allowed plus the “no mask” thingy, it should be krazy everywhere…
Let the pretty season begin.

wow, everybody is going to go nuts with the right (weather) conditions and no masks anymore. I bet the weather dude is pleased with himself.

Oh man, it's goingto be interesting to see how "revenge Hanami" goes!
My brother and his family are in Tokyo right now. Hope they get to see some "pretty".
