We had lunch at Nisokuhokou Coffee Roasters.
Nisokuhokou means walking on two legs.
They are related to 365 nichi which I've written about here.
On the ground floor is the bakery, Junibun Bakery, which sells breads as well as cakes.
According to the cashier, during the week, you can buy things from here and take them upstairs to (Nisokuhokou CR) to eat.
Before being seated in the cafe, you need to order. This came with 3 tiny side dishes (ratatouille, pickled beets and rice salad). It also came with some cauliflower potage and bacon with the french toast.
I think they soak the bread in coffee because the french toast had a distinct coffee flavor…love!
Satoshi chose the Nisoku Burger...1485 yen (tax included). His burger looked good especially with all those veggies.
Both plates came with coffee or tea.
Satoshi chose hot coffee while I opted for iced.
