The other day I made yuzu marmalade.
This year I found some yuzu from Todoromi, an area in Minoo that is known for their yuzu, which I've written about here.
I only had 2 yuzu but it seems like I came out with a little more marmalade than when I made it last year.
What have you been cooking up in your kitchen?

I looove yuzu. I totally forgot to look for yuzu stuff when I was just there. I guess I gotta go back again!!!
most yuzu stuff is only around during Autumn/Winter, so hope you can come back soon, Jalna :)

With a little patience on my part, I'm sure yuzu will end up in the produce section one day. We've got eringi and japanese seedles cux so...crossing fingers.
I'm pretty sure you'll be getting yuzu in your produce section one day too Rowena!
